Some of our key people are:

Mark Armitage - General Manager

Mark has held Senior Management positions in some of Australia's largest companies, including Coles Myer, Wesfarmers & Mayne. Prior to joining WARP in June 2007, Mark was the Managing Director of Australian Waterwise Solutions. Mark manages the overall operation of the WARP Group. His extensive management experience ensures excellent customer service & project management.


Rob Mann - Operations Manager Traffic

Coming from an emergency response background, Rob spent 20 years as an airport fire fighter at Perth and Port Hedland Airports. Rob commenced with WARP Group in October 2004 as a Traffic Controller and was so impressive that, after just 5 months, he was appointed to the role of Fleet and Equipment Coordinator. In July 2006 Rob was promoted to Operations Manager, Traffic Management.


Mark Chapman - Business Development Manager

Mark was recruited to WARP two years ago from a customer service background Mark originally started as Operations Coordinator and progressed to a supervisor's role in Operations shortly after. Since July 2006 Mark has been responsible for business development for both metro and regional works.


Tim Absalom - WARP Traffic Management, Special Events

Tim has been with WARP Group for over six years. With a logical and systematic approach to his design work, he has either designed or provided technical consultancy for every conceivable type of project and event. Presently Tim is a sitting member of two government executive advisory committees, one of which has recently published new legislation based requirements for special events. Tim's tertiary qualifications are in the field of Civil Engineering.


Gregory Gendron - WARP Engineering

Gregory's background includes 18 years in electrical and civil engineering. Serving with the United States Government from 1989-1997 as an electronic engineering technical representative, Gregory gained experience as a work-centre supervisor, quality assurance inspector and advanced electronics instructor. Working for Cable Constructors, Inc. from 1998-2004, Gregory was involved in the field survey, design, quality control, and construction of underground and aerial cable plant associated with, but not limited to, cable television plant and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Joining the WARP Group in 2004, Gregory has been instrumental in the growth of the engineering department from 2 to 6 personnel and has worked as part of a team to make WARP Group the industry leaders.
